The Project
Merz Aesthetics is the world's largest company dedicated to medical aesthetics, with a portfolio of injectables, devices, and medical skincare. The brand appeared at the Forbes Women's Summit 2025—one of the year's most high-profile stages—to host a panel and unveil new innovations.
An appearance like this cannot be repeated. Whatever isn't filmed on the day exists only in the memories of those in the room. Our mission: to capture the key moments and turn them into content that Merz Aesthetics can leverage across its own channels.
The Shoot
We were on-site for one day, capturing three aspects of the summit: the panel appearance, the presentation of the innovations, and interviews discussing Merz Aesthetics.
An event shoot differs from a studio production in one fundamental way: there are no second takes. The schedule, lighting, and moments follow the event organizer's timeline, not the production's. You film what happens as it happens, yet the footage must still stand on its own—as compelling content, not just documentation.

The shoot resulted in several videos in multiple languages for Merz Aesthetics' social media channels.
