Filming in a private setting
The interviews were conducted between the board's scheduled sessions. The participants had very limited time, there was no opportunity for reshoots, and the event itself had to remain undisturbed by the production: the board’s value lies in the open, candid discussions held at the table.
We therefore worked with a small team. The interview setup was ready before the first participants arrived; the questions were prepared, but the answers were not. We edited the footage to ensure the substance of the participants' statements remained intact, rather than condensing them into mere soundbites.
The delivery
The day of filming resulted in material across several formats: edits for internal channels, versions for presentations, subtitled clips, and export formats for various systems.
The publication
Following delivery, UBS shared the video on their LinkedIn channel. For a board that meets behind closed doors, this was an exception: a conversation produced for a small, exclusive group reached decision-makers far beyond Wolfsberg.
